General information

Accommodation prices in the hotel are per night and room including value-added tax and vary according to location, size and amenities.

Children up to 4 years stay free in their parents’ room.
Children up to 14 years pay 17.50 euros for staying in their parents’ room.

Your room will be available on the day of arrival from of 3 p.m. and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

There is a minimum stay when arriving on the following dates:

On weekends: 2 nights
Easter, Pentecost and Ascension: 3 nights
New Year’s Eve: 5 nights
Hanse Sail 7 nights.

In consideration of all the hotel guests, we request that you do not bring any pets with you. Reservations can be cancelled without charge up to four weeks before the day of arrival. We accept EC card, cash and bank advance payment.

Due to space constraints, we can only store a very limited number of bicycles in the hotel, subject to availability and prior notification. We ask for prior consultation.
